What can i do to help with this?

I posted yesterday about how my withdrawal symptoms take about a week after i stop using, to kick in. I was wondering. Since i have about a week of sobriety to look forward too, what can i do that'll help? I'm taking a ton of vitamins. i'm Doing thomas' recipe.

If i go for walks/runs will it help when i do start w/ds? Should i keep dumping vitamins in me? Any other specific kinds? Any suggestions are very appreciated. Thanks a ton guys.

yes i would keep taking the vitamis because they will help get your body back strait a little faster and drink alot of gatoraid or poweraid for the electrolytes in them to that always helped me but besides that just keep exercising as much as possible and hang in there you can make it

Good Luck and Godspeed
