What helps with RLS... besides Rx drugs. HELP!

I'm now on day six of C/T from hydros.  No cravings. No Sleep..restless legs keep me awake.  Please help.

hot water lots of it,

hot tub. hot bath / showers.

and motrin / ibuprofen bananas vitmin b, amino acids.

get your life back,

stick with it.

Justlikeyou is correct. Do all those things. Invest in heating pads and place them wherever you are experiencing the pain, the heat will stop and or help the RLS. Baths are a MUST...

Banana's...Vitamins..

Look up the Thomas Recipe...it will help you..

Hylands Leg Cramp Tablets!! They will work; they worked for me and someone on here receooemded them. I found them in the Vtamin Shoppe, it's maybe $5 for the bottle and they even helped me with teh creepy/crawlies during the day the first few days off the pills. They're homeopathic! Trust me, they WILL help!

Thanks for the advice!  Just got home from a 10 hour workday. I am now at day 7 1/2.  Feel pretty good except the RLS.  I am also always thinking about taking a pill....not because I need or want one, just from a habit of 5 years of taking them when i get home.   I WILL be strong....!
