i was some years ago a little bit low in Iron... blood test to check it and eat red meats and all the green leaves that sara has told you... lentils too are a great source but you need taking vitamin C when you eat the vegs so this iron is assimilated ... an orange juice after the meals is good here , with the iron from animals is not needed...

No I don't get cold alot , I ask because it runs in the women in my family. But right now I my face is burning and dizzy on 3 day of WD from Norco. I will put the blood test on to do list when I start feeling better I can't go to doctor's right now, im minute by minute right now. Gotta keep fighting. Thanks Becca and dom

You can have a blood test done and that will show if you are. Are you cold alot? I know that iron helps regulate our body temp.
