What's worse: Husband or Jumpy legs?

by hopeless, Jun 12, 2007 12:00AM
ERRRRRR....... here it is after midnight againnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
I am going out of my freakin mind. Was so darn sure i would be able to sleep tonight, i went for a walk today and took vitamins did it all felt pretty good today. Best day i have has so far. At 10:30 i felt like a freakin walking zombie, can't keep my eyes open, so i took my sleepin pills and went to bed, Well aint workingout so well. Husband being a bed hog, Made me fall out of bed just when i got comfortable for a bit. So I got up and walked around looked at my kids sleeping and my husband, am sooooo jealous. So I tried it again, now my freakin legs won't stop movin, I can't sleep, but my eyes hurt soooo damm bad i am ready to go insane. This might be as bad as the first week of the sickness i had. I just want to sleep sooooooo bad. But between my husband moving constantly and putting his legs over mine and my legs acting like there are ants crawing inside of them, I don't know what to do. Today was day 8 for me, and within the past 8 days i have only slept about 6 hrs. if that. This sucks.........The thing is, is that i don't fall asleep until 4 or 5 in the morning, why is this????? I know i could sleep in the daytime if i could cause i am not so jumpy then, just hits me whenit is bed time. Tired of movin all the time, tired of feeling like this, This makes me want to say screw it all, Aint worth it... I know i won't but God I want to say he** with it, just so i can sleep one more time.

Sorry so long, just need to have someone to talk to, and this is the only place for me to turn.

Hopeless

ok first..try sleeping on a couch. hub problem fixed.
yeah im the same way. feel i can sleep better during the day and even if i lay down around midnight its still in the am before i sleep..reguardless to what i take. just remember this too will not last forever and when your body is ready for sleep it will happen. if you can during the day, just closing my eyes and using eye drops helped some. even if for only about 10 minutes.
i hope you get some rest soon..im going to try myself but i have a feeling ill be back here in a few =)

Thanks, i have tried the couch, lol... still don't work for me, God i wish it would. So far tonight i have been in my bed, the couch, the floor, my sons bed cause he is not here, and even crawled in my daughters bed. Nothing is working. I understand this will pass, i really do. I am just moody right now cause of being tired is all. Just can't wait til the day comes that i can just lay down and fall asleep. Good night and i hope u have better luck than i am having tonight...
