When will my memory come back?

I was prescribed Methadone, Morphine, Perc 10's for 10 yrs straight. I jumped off those and 11 other's cold turkey 1yr and 4 months ago, it still feel's like yesterday. I haven't got my memory back yet, it causes a lot of problem's w my relationship's bc I don't remember thing's I say and do and I repeat myself all day, every day. I would like to get help and advice for how long it will take to come back, will my memory come back? and if there are supplement's I can take to help my brain heal?

I would see a doctor.  The symptoms that you're describing may not be related to your previous drug use.  Or they may be but there might be things you can be doing to improve things.
