Why do I need Ice and Apsirin

I start my morning out with a cup of god crushed sonic ice, as it thaws to that nice white soft stage, I take about two or three aspirin within that next hour. I have no pica, my iron levels are perfect, I have eaten ice like this since I was 7 all parents tell me, grandma broughtme up on the aspirin so I have a taste for them. Some days I take in 10 aspirin all within 24 hrs especially when stressed but no more than three in 6 hours always eating and fully on fluids before taken. I weigh about 190 other than bleeding like a cow when cut I have no side effects. Ca there be long term damage to any other organs?
