Why the dark circles?

I am on day 12 without any of those crazy pills and I am so fatigued and just tired. My mind is running in circles and I am trying to function at work on top of that. But yesterday at work some people said why do I have these dark circles under my eyes. I have never had that and is this something new I am going to have to deal with or is it just part of the WD? I was always complimented on my eyes and now I look like a zombie.
Just breathe!

Yes this morning I put it on so hopefully to hide them. It seems like every day there is something new to the experience. This makes me so thankful that I am on my way to a better life. Thank you for responding!

Hi,

Don't worry about this, it's your bodies natural reaction to lack of sleep.

As your sleep pattern improves, the circles will fade.

If you feel very self-conscious about them, you could camouflage them with cosmetics.

Take care
