Will lyrica or to trazadone down help withdrawals

i am trying to detox off from one hundred and sixty milligrams of oxycodone  I have some lyrica and also trazadone and Valium will any of this help they have all been prescribed in the past and have had them awhile my arms and legs are going crazy and I can't sleep I don't think I can take it  anymore. I looked at the thomas recipe and 4 or 5 days in this condition is an eternity. Please  help!!

Thanks for the kind words I am 55 yrs. Old  and got myself in this mess after  ankle surgery the pain management doc assured me he had me covered when it came time to quit then a week later got fired for self medicateing that sould have been my first clue. I feel like an idiot as i just got over alchohol treatment and was warned

the best thing you could do to feel any relief is take hot baths every hour , thats what i did, (8 year habit opiate/heroin) in the end i was doin even more than 160 mg. and i got through it, it's not easy but time does pass and it does get better!
you have got to focus your mind on only the next few minutes at a time and as time passes do different things to keep mind occupied and off of how you feel, music really helps, then after a few days little by little movement and exercise, its a long process, but soooo worth it!!! thats just the beginning of the journey to freedom though, and the journey lasts one day at a time for life, but gets better and better , all depending how you look at it.....
