Thanks for the kind words I am 55 yrs. Old and got myself in this mess after ankle surgery the pain management doc assured me he had me covered when it came time to quit then a week later got fired for self medicateing that sould have been my first clue. I feel like an idiot as i just got over alchohol treatment and was warned
the best thing you could do to feel any relief is take hot baths every hour , thats what i did, (8 year habit opiate/heroin) in the end i was doin even more than 160 mg. and i got through it, it's not easy but time does pass and it does get better!
you have got to focus your mind on only the next few minutes at a time and as time passes do different things to keep mind occupied and off of how you feel, music really helps, then after a few days little by little movement and exercise, its a long process, but soooo worth it!!! thats just the beginning of the journey to freedom though, and the journey lasts one day at a time for life, but gets better and better , all depending how you look at it.....
good luck and keep posting were here to help and offer support.
