I am on day 23 and it is a struggle. I don't know how I got this far. The physical is going to be there for 5-7 days. After that pleasentness, you deal with the mental. I will tell you, my head is clearing up. I actually sat on my porch and look at my gardens. The birds were building nests in the birdhouse and a hummingbird came to the feeder. I actually enjoyed this and felt on top of the world. You just have to go for it and you will make it through. It is not a picnic by any means. The cravings and emotions swinging like a chandelier are my probs. They only last for 5-10 minutes. You will get all the support you need here. We are all pretty much in the same boat and we are not sinking. Welcome!!!

I too am enamored with half life... I am hoping it saves my As* tomorrow as i attempt a day full of clients. I just came off a 10 day Suboxone taper to get me off hydro and oxy.. half life is really long.. I am hoping I won't set into any of the lingering Wd til sunday.. or at least tommorrow after 4pm..  even tapering a little can help.. so I wish you the best.. what are you coming off of??

Hydro -too many -into day 5 and hanging in there.  Haven't slept more than 1-2 hours a night for 3-days.  I'm hoping tonight is the night.  

You can make it, I haven't had any thing more than a motrin to offset the headache and been relying on Gatorade to flush these things as quickly as possible.  I'm really hoping to sleep tonight as well.
