Withdrawal chills

I hot bath or shower helped me not only with the chills, but with body aches and restless legs. I used heavy blankets and thick robes also

I am sorry you are uncomfortable with the chills. I haven't heard of anything to take but here is something's I did. A big sweater a blanket a heating pad pocket warmers.  A hot bath or shower if you can. That's all I. Know of. Hang in there
