Withdrawal from hydrocodone

I am on day 4 of withdrawal from hydrocodone.  Is there anything OTC that I can take to help me sleep?  Would Zyprexa help at all?  I had been taking 20 per day for about 10 years.  Over the past 2-3 weeks, I have been tapering them back, down to about 10 per day.  I have taken 0 over the past four days.  I haven't slept in several days.  Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

I think Valium or something like it for up to seven days could be helpful -- it relaxes you as well, making you less anxious about sleep.

Valerian root..melatonin are both over the counter (otc)  also drugs like benadryl, sominex, nyquil that heep as well...valerian root helped me more than the others..a good dose will have s trong odor to it if it is true valerian root..also phergan/can get it called in easily for a tummy virus as it is not a drug of abuse..anti-histamine with major knock out power..helps nausea and the runny eyes people get someones during wd..muscle relaxers like flexeril, and many others zyoprexa and many others can help as well...look in ut cabinet and c what u got there

if u dont have anything in the cabinet and the valerian or melatonin doesnt work..ask u dr..sleep is important for recovery
