Each day you will begin to feel better.. I just let nature run it's course... Keep reading. Post..see how far you come and focus on your new life... I'm 2/3 weeks clean... Congrats and keep reading
When you come off of opiates (or any physical dependancy) chemicals like dopamine, seratonin, inkaphalants, gabba, etc are depleted from neuro transmitters. A lot of these are carried in amino acids so the best way to help replenish those (not a cure but it will speed up the process) are to have a high protein diet. Fruits and nuts are great for fast acting proteins and the potassium in bananas help with the RLS. As mentioned above, the Thomas recipe has some great information. A multivitamin (I used Mega Mens Sport) will help some and L-Tyrosine combined with some vitamin B compounds which are already in the multivitamin will help with energy. There's no such thing as a pain free detox but there are ways to reduce the discomfort. Keep busy, hot baths and forcing yourself to go for a jog or something, doing puzzles to take your mind off the stress. After all the physical stuff is taken care of then comes the real recovery. Keep a support network, work on the underlying psychological issues that manifested themselves through the action of using. I get a little preachy at times but, try hitting a meeting, they saved my life so why not yours? Send me a PM if you have any questions.
I know it sounds obvious but I use tons of ice packs and heating pads. I even sleep with an ice pack on my face. I also use icy-hot stick and take baths with epsom salts. I use aspirin too because ibuprofren made me want to vomit. Tylenol is the worst because it can lead to liver and kidney problems. I know it is rough, just went through three days of hell. I just kept watching TV like a zombie, going outside to breathe a little air and eating food that I would never eat otherwise. I will be praying for you. You can do it.
You are almost past the worst of it sweetie, don't give up now! Not sure if you are using any of suggestions on Thomas recipe, but it does help relieve some of the symptoms. If you have any pills left, get rid of them so they don't keep calling out to you. Flush them! You would be amazed at how empowering that is knowing you can't go back. I know your mind is trying to get you to take something, but all that is going to do is reset the process and you don't want to go through this again. If you can move around and do anything, the physical activity gets the natural endorphins in your brain going. And the hot baths and showers help too. You should start feeling better in the next day or two. And keep posting!

islandgurl, did you ever look at the Thomas Recipe it is listed at the very bottom of this page and it's a great resource for w/d. I used it and it helped me immensely. Hardly anyone is here right now because of the holiday but a lot of ppl who are regulars here are a lot better at giving advice than I am. I would advise you to wait for them, they will probably be back soon like tomorrow. Until then, do not take more meds! The first few days are so hard and you've already done that. Know that you are doing great and if you need to talk I'm here to support you, you can always pm me. Be strong!
