Withdrawl from Tramadol and Vicodin

I went to a detox a few weeks ago for Tramadol and Vicodin withdrawl. I admitted myself and only stayed there 3 days. I thought I was ok... but it only took 4 days before I was taking again. I am only up to 2 vicodin and 1 tramadol a day right now. I want to stop it all together but I do not know what to do. They gave me Ativan there and it seemed to work for me. All I did was sleep a lot. I did not feel the flu like symptons. I have ordered Ativan online so I can do this myself at home. What I need to know is what dose should I take. Can anyone help me out?

I would just get it over with and get rid of what u have left...do u have some time off work this weekend?   it is really never a good time to quit but u need to quit before u get any deeper...dont undo all the work u have already done...keep posting

Get it over with... I did the 4 day detox at GlenBeigh, coming off Oxy... didn't work to well.

This is my first full day with nothing... Notta... If you only need 2 V's and 1 ultram... why bother? It seems you just started... GET OFF NOW. I've been doing it for 12 years, and I feel like death right now.. how i'm typing... not sure... At one point I was taking 20 V's and 30 ultrams a day... So please just quit... Either take the pills, and try after... or flush them... it's hard, but doable.

Be very careful with the Ativan.  It is also very addictive.  Sorry I don't know much about the tramadol.
