Withdrawl symptoms after detox

IN THE BEGINING OF OCTOBER I WENT TO REHAB AND GOT DETOXED OFF OF HEROIN. MY DETOX LASTED ABOUT 4 DAYS AND THEY WERE THE WORST DAYS OF MY LIFE. ALMOST THREE MONTHS LATER I AM STILL HAVING ROBLEMS SLEEPING AND MY LEGS AND ARMS SOMETIMES START TO HAVE SPASMS AT NIGHT WHEN I TRY TO I TI BED. IS THIS NORMAL, WHY IS THIS HAPPENING, AND LONG WILL IT LAST?  ALSO, WHAT CAN HELP ME SLEEP AT NIGHT?

I don't care what they say about giving you a non addictive drug, Ambien is a godsend for withdrawals, and helpin g you sleep. ask your doc for it. Another one is Serax, while they are addictive, they are easier to get off if you don't take them long. My first few days without narcx. i took clonopin, serax, ambien or valium, whatever i could get, i took them about a week and i felt good after.   Good Luck
