Wondering if how long to take the L-tyrosine?

Hey ya all,.... NorcoQueen here just wondering how long one should take the L-tyrosine?

Working on 25 days here CLEAN off of a 8-10/day Norco habit x's 3 years (for 2 back surgeries)....Life DOES seem to get better day by day BUT I STILL HAVE this SENSE of anxiety inside me and was wondering it it's the L-tyrosine thats causing it?

Any info or input on this would be appreciated...

Oh and also, I read here that taking RHODIOLA ROSEA is SUPPOSE TO HELP with your mood?? Any ideas on that????
