Thanks man... As I said the nights are the lonliest... I'm 100times better than day 3 just "feeling more" includin reality YIKES.... But I pushed it outta me days ago sweat in n drinking water n work in outfall day.... I JUST TO WANT SOMETHING IM ANCY TO START OVER IM ALOT BETTER ACTUALLY JUST WAT NOW? Don't drive me more stuck at house...its like uuugh I wanna go to a gym... N use a sauna n workout

F it man. I'm still motivated to stay clean. I'd rather have another crappy day, another crappy night than go back on that treadmill of doom.

I am 23 days out and i do have normal days and even have slept normally once or twice. I screwdd up my chemistry and it is going to take a little time. I definitely feel better than day 8. Most definitely.

It's hard, but try not to let it beat you down. You will sleep again. It may take some time.

I did too passed out by 10 was up at 5...Longest sleep in a LONG time...The dogs got into SOOO much trouble while I was out! UGH i have a mess waiting for me lol

Thanks bro been blarin all night even when I "sleep" .... Only thing that keeps my head on at night then this place and the music in day..... Yeah 4 hrs of sleep is HUGE!!! I'm really sorry about my mom and what mojo said is on the money. After you finish this process you will come out stronger and find more strength in yourself than you could've ever imagined. You've demonstrated sheer will and power throughout your w/ds and it will help mold you into a better person. Sometimes we hurt our loved ones with our addictions and it takes time to mend those relationships. I don't recommend shutting your mom off, but rather work towards demonstrating the person you want to be. She'll come around eventually, and she will probably deal with guilt for not supporting you when that time comes.

Keep pushing through and posting. Keep the headphones on...Pandora is helping saves lives everyday :)!
