Hey  congrats on 34 days now  try not to get a head  of yourself  this is a ''just for today'' program if you dwell in the past or worrie about the future you will miss what today has for you  you only need to stay clean for today when tomorrow comes you do it again  no mater what happens in life it is never a reason to use ...you never have to pick up again ...you got this............Gnarly

Glad your trip was just what you needed :):)  We ALL need refreshment~

I know you have been having an inner battle about going back and staying on the subs for awhile....but it will give you a chance to put some recovery tools in your tool box....to learn a new lifestyle....to gain some new friends that are also choosing to live their lives clean and sober.  We don't always have to "like" what we must do, huh?  LOL  The more days we practice healthy choices...the more they become part of us.

Thank you do much it means a lot to have you all in my corner!!! Clean in Kansas yes I went back to my sub dr and am on just 4 mg for now I know I need to stay on for a bit don't like it but it's what I gotta do!!! And Florida was GREAT just what I needed
