XANAX HORRORS

i went 35 hrs without my usual 0.5 mil of xanax once a night for sleep and had to take a half of a 0.5 about 2hrs ago now i feel so slow and weighted down i am tired but cannot sleep the heart palpations have stopped and the agitation too but i hate feeling doped up how long does w/d last ? i am desperate to get off this stuff. like i said i only take 0.5 once a hight for sleep but a couple of days ago it was giving me the most horrible nightmares and i would only sleep about two hrs and wake up with feelings of electricity going through my body and all jittery why????????I want off this **** now any ideas

do you mean the xanax itself was giving you nightmares and the zapping feelings? or the WD"s were?

i m guessing it was the xanax that were giving me the nightmares because i was still taking it regular 0.5 ix a night to help me sleep but it was no longer helping me sleep just giving me all thoes crazy things  it is the only drug i am on and i have never abused it i am supposed to take it 3x a day but like i said i only took it once at night because it made me not able to funtion during the day
