Has there been anyone else that has been on xanax for more than 12 years and has successfully broke the addiction???

i have been taing xanax for well over 12 years and im tapering off very slowly its very difficult its been 21 days know and i still fell very bad im know down to 6 a day as soon as im completely off i can let you know but do it slowly .huggssssssss snow.
