Time to stop had enough. Half a@@ tapered over weekend. Last tram was yesterday morn. Need to know how soon I'm gonna die from the abuse and what I've done to my body. In process of quitting. HELP

Welcome to the forum!  Good for you in deciding enough is enough.  Addiction is progressive....as you have found out....and 1500 mg/day of Trams is dangerously high.
Since you got your trams OTC in Mexico, I'm not sure if they have the same chemistry make up as they do in the US, but IF they do....you know they have an antidepressant component in them as well as the totally synthetic opioid, right?

If you can taper at all, it would be the safest and recommended.  We have another forum member who had seizures while on doses about as high as yours and yet found she couldn't taper the trams....and she went CT.
BUT, you do have seizure risks to consider.....so if you are able to taper down some, get a dr involved in a taper plan, whatever you can do....it will help. (and is HIGHLY recommended)

There is a group of Tramadol Warriors that have an ongoing journal/place that they talk about all things "specific" to tramadol.  I think you'll get a lot of help there as well.....not to mention there are 60 journals now to go back and read if you want to.  Here's the link:

Glad you've climbed aboard the freedom train....your life is worth it~

Dear Beckbeck, as you were buying these drugs in Mexico. Did you ever have a Doctor who had prescribed them?
I believe you need to find a Dr, because unlike regular opioid withdrawal,
Tramadol presents different challenges.
If a Dr can not be found, a trip to the Emergency Room at the Hospital may be required. There is a significant risk of seizure associated with abruptly discontinuing Tramadol.    Pamela
