Zero Energy

Took my last vic on sept 27th, used suboxon for about a month, been clean since.  Overall I'm doing pretty good except for the zero motovation.  I know this is a part of it but it's also the thing that sent me back to the doc for another script the last time I kicked this ****.  I never want to go there again.  Any tricks?  I'm taking a butt load of vitamins and an extra B twice a day.  Not helping.  Figured I'd come to the real experts first, I'm sure the doc is just gonna give me another pill.

well..if u look over in the health pages you will see the thomas recipe...it has a list of amino acids and vitamins that can help with energy and moods and stuff...tyrosine helps with endorphins..dopamine in particulare and helped give me energy and helped me with depression and stuff too...exercise also helped me with both as it also helps u release endorphins...after we quit the brain has to get used to producing all this by itself again

I'm a bartender/waitress so I'm always moving at work, just started to use the stairmaster because I thought it might help ('bout a week).  Not taking aminos just a really good daily, E, D and the extra B's.  What are the aminos you suggest?  and tyrisone, never heard of it, vitamin store or health food store?

for me..at 2 months clean..which is about where u r,the lack of energy thing was still going strong..for me exercising daily and using the aminos.expecially tyrosine.helped pull me through..most have their energy back close to normal by 3 months as this is how long it takes for our brains to heal somewhat and work again...hang tight..how much and what vitamins/aminos are u taking?  what do you do for exercise?
