Zinc/Mag for Methadone Withdrawal when pregnant

Hi,
I have been reading all the posts re. ZInc/Mag/B6/L-Tyrosine helping with withdrawal symptons and was wondering if anyone knew what a safe dosage is in pregnancy?
I am 15wks pregnant and am on 60ml Methadone. I reduced to 65ml from 70ml last wk and have gone down another 5ml today.I was on 140ml 2yrs ago and have slowly reduced. I am trying to reduce my dose whilst in second trimester as i have been told it is unsafe to do this in 1st trimester and in 3rd some people sometimes feel as if they need more because you use it up more quickly.
I have also tapered off 40mg of citalopram for depression which i stopped approx 10days ago. Right now i feel like killing someone i am in a really bad mood all time and have terrible headache, in fact it is killing me typing this! just want to crawl into my bed. My mum has took my son out for an hour so i can have a rest.
I am hoping that the vitamins are going to help while i'm reducing but am not sure about how much to take. ANy ideas anyone?

How did you go. I am 10 weeks pregnant and on 50 ml of methodone. I had my first son on methodone but my second son was delivered while i was clean which was nice.Anyway after going through it with my first son i will never do that to another baby, i plan to get off the methodone at least a few months before im due. Just wanted to know how you went and if your baby had withdrawals?
