Zoft,prozac,xanix,adderall(adderrall) addiction

I have been off all these med for a week, So far I have not had any withdraws. I dont know if it is wise to come off of everthing at one time. Iam not getting professional help. I have taking all of these for about two years.
Iam not sure if you can my question , do i need to get professional help?

As for your question, I'm very surprised that you have not had any withdrawals. I'm not sure you will have any as I don't know the half life of any of those.

Why did you decide to stop all of these at once?

WOW!  If you read my post- I am doing the exact same thing.  Today was my first day off Add, but I took a pp and will prob take anxiety medicine.  What have you been doing to stay sober???!!  I don't think you need prof help at this time.  You are doing awesome!!  How long were you on these things, and how much were u taking?
