Zyban and Tooth Extraction

by M.Q., Oct 14, 1999 12:00AM
Hi.
I am on my third day of Zyban medication, and in 10 days I have an appointment to have three of my wisdom teeth removed (one is impacted).  I will be given a local anaesthetic as well as something called "twilight sleep".  Not exactly sure how this twilight sleeps works, but is safe for me to be taking Zyban and having this done?
I was also wondering how the matter of quitting Zyban therapy should be handled.  Gradually? How?

Thanks for your help it is most graciously appreciated.
