a hot bath

im taking my smokes, a book and a bottle of water and soaking in a hot tub. sitting here is just killing me. be back soon

Been there. Done that. Wrote the book. However, for me, it is a good book, bubbles and candles. Don't matter how we do it, it gets the job done!

Bettie after u soak for at least 15 minutes They say to end the detox bath with cool water.They sayto do this 3 times a day and after each session you lay down in a warm cover.  Just thought you may want to tery it..Good luck honey Ruthie

I dont know if you know already but Im done with the detox part. Im at 36 days i believe. I just needed to get away from here for awhile. Got bored with the book too soon tho. Thank you tho for your info. :)
