They can distinguish,it depends on the test.

These types of posts bother me. I can only assume you have been taking something you are not supposed to be taking and now you are worried about getting caught. Please consider not taking the drugs at all. They mess with your body, mind and emotions. The effects are long term and it is not easy to get back to normal.

my husband just had a random drug test at work..he tested positive for opiates! he takes vicodin.  heroin,vicodin,etc..are all opiates..if they don't test for the illegal drug..you will have to prove with a rx that you are talking one..but they can dig further and test it further..you'll never know what kind of test they do..they never give you a heads up usually..and i agree with the above post from GTMI

Good point market. I don't like posts that may be to help someone become a better user, .

When the post clearly asks "how do I beat a pee test?"  or something of the sort, it gets deleted by Medhelp.
This one is on the line..

maybe you could help us understand a little bit better what exactly it is you are asking. As far as an opiate is an opiate....well like i said ..heroin is an opiate...so is vicodin..lortab etc..in my opinion..heroin vs rx pain meds has a huge difference.Just trying to understand the real question

Thanks...i have often wondered about these types of posts...like how long does this or that stay in my system...not really asking for help  it is like they googled our site to get info on using and is a little insulting at times

If we all united a bit to not quickly answer these. Instead asking a question like; "Why do you ask?" We could then better help them. They might have had a positive test when they were not using, but if they are trying to beat a test. We are not obligated to enable their use.

maybe its possible, the person asking is asking because they want to administer a drug test to somebody!!! Well, maybe its a possibility, hopefully they are here to get some help............. Hey, just trying to think in a  positive manner (or actually its a negative manner, but you all get it!! :)

Going to make it is exactly right, asking for more info before responding is exactly what should be done. That is always what I do in this situation. Ask them Why then want to know. If its for reasons like they are using, most times they won't respond.  Same thing goes for posts like " which is stronger percaset or vicodin?"  We are not here to help people continue to use, so think about it before you answer.
When the post is obviously not for help and is for sure someone asking a question so they can use or do something illegal, I delete the post as soon as I see it.  Same thing goes for websites being posted, soliciting members for info, posts with info on how to doctor shop, how to beat a drug test, posts with online pharmacy sites, how to do a cold water extraction these things all get deleted.
