Hey~  What you have done is extremely serious and dangerous.  You need some lab work done right away to be sure your liver is okay.  I think you need to tell your parents.

Please don't do that again!  Tell a trusted adult if you can't tell your parents...

You may have some damage now to your liver. And you need your liver...

Sorry, I know this isn't what you want to hear, but you definitely need to see a number of doctors.  Start with your primary care physician or if you're nor comfortable maybe going to the ER.

You need to have your liver checked.  But more importantly, you need to get to the bottom of why you have twice tried to kill yourself  in two weeks.  I don't know anything about you, but obviously you're in pain and need some help.  Please, for your sake and the sake of all who love you.

Whatever you are so despondent about, it can be fixed.  There is nothing so bad that taking your life is the answer.

Yeah I don't want to get preachy about suicide, I've been there.

Call the national poison control number 1-800-222-1222. You can ask the poison control dude some basic questions without having to go to the ER or talk to your parents. However I would highly suggest going to see a doctor. Make up an excuse if you must. You could be in for some ****** symptoms.

Hey be careful!!!

Well I think of suicide myself so I can relate but... the way I see it is what are you gonna do when you're dead?  I'm sure whatever you're going through can't be as bad as it seems.

But what you are doing is very damaging to your liver.

Yes I think you should see a Doctor and you should tell your parents.  I think they both need to know to help you out.

BIG MISTAKE on both doing it and HOW you did it. O/Ding on acetaminophen is one of the WORST ways of offing yourself. It takes 3 days for it to do what you want it to do, (which you shouldn't be doing in the first place). The first day you'll be sick, the second day you should feel better, THEN on the 3rd day, that's when everything happens. You kinda forget what happened 2 days previous, and if you changed your mind, it's still too late. Those pills are in you and are doing their damage for 2 days straight. There's a show caled,"Dr. G, Medical Examiner", where she does autopsys, and she said that killing yourself the way you tried is one of the most painful ways to commit sucide.
You're lucky you didn't die and need to walk yourself into to closest hospital and tell them you are having thoughts of suicide. It may take 4 or 5 visits before you start to get the help that people there are offering. And don't think you are different because you are checking youself in. You're actually doing a brave thing. My cousin went into the suicide ward 5 times, and each time he went in, the place was full of different people, so there are lots of people looking fo help. So should you. Good luck.
