adderall withdrawal

Does anyone know how long it takes to get your OWN energy back from taking Adderall (adderrall) 30 mg? I've been off them now for 21/2 weeks. I stay so tired and my housework isn't getting done. I'll be 66 Sunday, so does age have anything to do with it? I'm  widowed and lonely and the Adderall (adderrall) helped me keep busy.I take Pristiq for depression, and it helps. My health isn't great but i manage. I can get another prescription for the Adderall (adderrall) but if I don't start getting I guess I'll go back on it and use it right this time. Please post if you know how long this tiredeness will last. I would really appreciate some insight on this. Thank you

How long were u on them?
Adderall (adderrall) does not usually have a physical wd like narcotics..but fatigue would be expected since u took away your jump start
The brain has to heal...it could go on for 3 mths...the fatigue after narcotic wd lasted close to 3 mths for me

I do know exercise//no matter how tired i was//gave me energy
Tyrosine helped tons...2-3000 mgs a day//i used the powdered from bulk nutrition and took it 3 times a day in divided doses mixed with EmergenC from walmart or online
