Hi!  I'm sure you feel awful!!  BUT,you're about to turn the corner.  You need to start treating your symptoms so get some Peptobismal and Immodium.  You'll soon get dehydrated iif you don't.  Then, small sips of gatorade but get a bottle or two of that into yourself.

Take hot baths/showers;they really help.

congrats on doing it the tough way..4 days feels like 4 years when detoxing off opiates and every minute feels like a hour, but I am sure you know that. I tried to take the easy way out thru suboxone...DONT. at least you start to feel better after 5 days or so.. It took me twelve just to start eating and sleeping semi normally. after only one script which I quartered.. the only way is the hard way..keep your self together for a couple more days, then YOU win.. i cant tell you how good its going to feel not being a slave to pills, the worst is over.. Good luck and stay strong.. chuck13

HI welcome to the forum.....yes it does get better usually days 3 and 4 are the worst then on 5 or 6 you start to feel better CUDOS to you for making it to day 4....try your best to hold down fluids little sips of apple juice or gatoraid  it is a must so you dont dehydrate if you cant hold down liquids get to an E/R for some meds that will help with that dehydration is really the only real fear in doing this....I know it will feel like its going to kill you but it wont
your coming off a pritty substantial habit its going to be a wile till you feel better
if you can get out to walmart pick up the whey protein shake mix its olny 15 bucks for a 2lb can and its full of vitamins ecental amino  acids as well as the protein I recommend this to everyone that detoxes especially those like yourself with a long habit the chocolate flavor is good you just mix it with milk...other then that its up to God and time to heal you keep posting for support we al want to see you get better good luck and God bless.....Gnarly
