I too have struggled with opiates since i was in 7th grade so i know how u feel.  Does a doctor prescribe your meds? do u take codeine in like pure liquid or in hydrocodone with tylenol?  Withdrawl (withdrawal) is HORRIBLE, i know, but you gotta stand strong.  take what u can for the cramps, drink the h20, use immodium for the runs if its a problem.  AND if the withdrawl (withdrawal) is just toooo much to handle, then u can always taper off.  there are scheduals here and we are always here to help!  Stay strong!

Hey Danielle

I too anm going through withdrawal from Neurofenim on day 3 as well
Apparently the 3rd day is the worst.

Ive been tapering of them for a good few months now. From 24 a day I got down to 4 a day two weeks ago.
I do know every time i tapered i went through  a withdrawal period which took about 3 days. so im confident i'll be feeling much better tomorrow. I've just had a lovely hot bath which helpd with the aches. Exercise is a great help too.

Hi,
I hope you remained stronge, I have been clean from Nurofen plus for five days and I feel great, no pains, yes still runs but nothing at all besides that. Yesterday was the hardest day for me as I found a pack in the medicine cupboard but I told my partner to throw them away asap otherwise I was going to take some, I'm so glad I didnt because today, all symtoms (symptoms) are gone. I finally feel like myself again, thank god. I will never have anything addictive again!!! Yesterday to help with the leg pains I had just plain old paracetamol, and the pain vanished immediately, I wish I tried that the day before but not to worry, definately alot better today.... Yay I did it!!!
