Do you think you would have the willpower to taper. That would make the wds easier in the end but it takes alot of control. I wd ct several times and was unable to hold onto those pills enough to taper. This time I did better and tapered to 1 1/2 to 3 the last week. The wds are easier but you are prolonging them. You won't be able to hide it but you can say you have the flu.

Look in the health pages at the top right corner. You will see an Amino Acid Protocol and the thomas recipe.

Start taking vitamins now. Drink gatorade and ensure if you can't eat. It should last about 5 days depending on how much you were taking. Exercise as soon as you can and keep posting on here. It really helps. We've all been through it, you just have to get through the physical aspect and then find some kind of aftercare.

Read paws on the right side of the forum, good advice there...if you don't want anyone to know just say you have the flue, that is what it feels like.  When I first read PAWS I didn't think I could go through it but I did 19-20 days clean, I can't remember lol but it's awesome!  Take care and keep posting people here do care and will help :)
