Absolutely, you have to taper with the help of a good doctor. And you may need the help of an AD at some point. I have been clean since March, and in April I started an AD. It really helped.

I am sorry but we don't give out taper schedules on this site. This is one of the medications that is dangerous to simply go ct off of so you are right, it needs to be tapered. You should get honest with your doctor about your use and let him/her give you a proper schedule.
