addiction and the elderly

I have an elderly (83) mother who is addicted to Dalmane,she was taken off cold turkey by her doctor, then prescribed and mild dose of Restoril, it is not helping, she is still withdrawing, I would like a referral to a doctor in her area who specializes in these matters. She is in Encino Cal thank you.
