addiction to Norco

Hello I have been taking norco 10mg for the past 8yrs.I have a hereditary illness called familial amyloidosis and have several family members that have died from this.
I know that I am going to need a liver and kidney transplant to survive this disease.My doctor prescribes me what ever I want I get 240 10mg Norco a month Diludid 8mg 60 a month and so many others.
  This may sound strange but I want to be me again the drugs have become my life.I drive and carry a CDL license and can only take narcotics 8 hrs before work. I find the hours I am not able to take them miserable.
I have tried to quit before but failed.I went 6 days last week but then took some for 3 days and now have been off 4 days.I had been taking tramadal but my daughter told me it is still an opiot recepter. I am so tired and don't want to do the things that brought me such joy.
