I am not sure about the pregnancy and the pain meds, but one thing I can tell you from experience, you should not be going through a bad withdraw since you've only been on the meds for 2 weeks. May be you can try to quit cold turkey. I've been on vicodin for about 10 months started with 7.5 and then went up to 40mg/day. Not a large dose but much longer time than you. I thought the withdraws were going to be bad. I felt a lot of aces and pains for the first 2 days. Today is my 4th day and I feel almost fine.I think you will too.It may take couple of days to recover. Doctor gave me neurontin to manage anxiety. You should definitely talk to your doc.May be you can get a baby safe anti-anxiety medicine for the first couple of days to help manage your stress. From what I know stress is never good when you are pregnant.
Gog bless you. I wish you and your baby the best!!!
