The Tramadol withdrawal may be better if you taper off...I would also suggest stopping one drug at a time...

bro nothing is gonna really help, there is no magic pill that takes away your pain, you could use suboxin but thats just gonna make things worse in the long run. drink lots and lots of fluids take hot hot baths and pray hard
