Most likely the spike in blood pressure from the meth injection is blowing small vessels. Similar to what are called varices. Could be in throat. Might be inmouth but unlikely. A procedure called Banding is used to stop bleeding. If it is resolving itself on its own - quit shooting meth. One of these times here before long it will be a vessel in your stomach - no kidding here - and you may well (65% probable) bleed to death before anyone can even help you. It only takes minutes to die from the stomach bleed......

I agree- you should seriously consider getting help. It could kill you whether or not your spitting up blood. There's nothing safe about what you are doing. Please stick around this forum. If you need to talk you can message me anytime.

There are some signs and symptoms that require medical attention and you have one of them ----- GO TO THE E.R. NOW.  This is very serious and you need to be checked out by a doctor who is told the truth about what you did.  Your life may depend on it.  Do not sit on this thinking you are too embarrassed to get help.   I wish you all the best.
