ambian with suboxone

Can you take an=mbien while on suboxone? I also take xanax, not alot, to help ease the anxiety of w/d's. Im almost at day 3 and so far I feel good this time. I dont mean in the sense that i have no w/d symptoms, id defintiely do, but I feel like this time might actually be the one where i dont go back. Only time will tell I know but if this is as bad as it will get for me then i think ill be ok. Im a little worried about halloween because all of our families come over and we all go trick or treating together and I cant even bare the thought of walking around in the cold when i have the chills all the time. but how do i tell my 7 year old mommy's not going trick or treating ya know, it took all i had just to carve pumpkins last night, I have been sleeping ok because ive had xanax and thats about to run out, I have 4 .5mg ativan and then my script for ambien, and I didnt know what could be mixed,

LOL I am not 100 % sure you would have to ask your  doctor but that is what I read ,but seen as i am not an MD (darn it all) heehe I cant say for sure

so it is the same warning as if taking oxies or percs then?  i always thought it might have been something far worse or even strange, as far as mixing the 2 meds go...LOL!  like maybe growing horns or something...LOL!

I think there is a fear that the two of them together will slow your respiratory system down too much

i have heard of the strict warnings about taking benzos with suboxone...but why?  i cant ever find a reason why they recommend against this...anyone know?  why is it so dangerous?...seems that i should be dead by now or something horrible would have happened...LOL!  i dont get it...

Plz check it with your doctor , Dont go by what others say when it comes to sub .Go by the advice of your doctor... Most of my friends that are on sub have been able to continue there benzos with no problem BUT I would still run it by the doctor.

I just talked to an addiction doctor and he made me sign a paper stating that i did not take xanax,
Ativan or Valium......
when I asked him why he said that using benzos can be very dangerous with Suboxones.........

Please check into that for yourself......

Hey Girl, sorry its taken me so long to get back to you, the kids have been sick, then i had to take my daughter to that dr. I'll message you and tell you all about it. We have a 1/4 of sub left each but we can get more tomorrow, we're gonna try and get some tonight, i think i have like 4 or 5 clonidine's too.
