amino acids

hello to all again.  about the amino acids, is that rough price of $4 a bottle a recent price and if so in what part of the country?  we don't have a gnc around anymore so i went to Mrs. Greens (health food store) and CVS and they were going for 15-20 dollars per small bottle!  i didn't buy because i figure i may be able to get them cheaper somewhere else.  everything is pretty expensive here in NY compare to other states i've been to.  i was thinking maybe the vitamin shop but i have to take a 45 minute drive to get to one (the price for living in a woodsy area!).  anyway, do those prices seem outrageous or not?

3-4 days tops...i ordered on monday and mine were here today...quickly and the powdered form is really cheap...u get a ton and it lasts forever...theanine does not come in a big container tho just 20 grams so the pills are cheaper...the tyrosine i got 1000 grams as that helps my energy more than anything along with 500 grams of phenylalainine..they also have overnight shipping but can get pricey...order before it gets to late and they will ship out today

thanks.  how quickly will it come?  i am going away with my husband for 1 week.  leaving monday.  plus i would like a little relief before then.

go to Bulk Nutrition online..some use puritan pride...it is best to get the individual aminos u will need as the multi-amino formulas do not have near enuf of the aminos in them that u need...essentials for me  are Tyrosine...Phenylalanine....5htp.... Theanine.....methionone/SAMe......(methionone is much cheaper than SAMe and SAMe is a by product in the break down of methionone),,,...u need atleast 2000 mg a day of tyrosine and phenylalanine/both cheap/ at the start...they come in 500 mg pills....5htp helps with depression and so does methionone/SAMe...Theanine helps with anxiety and is probably the most expensive...they have powdered form of tyrosine, phenylalanine and theanine at Bulk and u can mix them with ur juice or in my case EmergenC from walmart

Have you tried Puritans Pride on line? they are very reasonable and mail everything right to you. They always have pretty good deals going too.
