antihistamine

Hey guys how are you all.
I haven't posted you a good while because i've been so busy.
I always wondered what people who don.t take drugs or alcohol do all day ha ha .
I find now the days are too short lol
Anyways my question is . I take an antihistamine  at night to help me sleep it keeps my sinuses clear so i can breath and to be honest it makes me a little drowsy as well.
Its just I wake up in the morning very anxious and i'm wondering  is it that
Any Ideas guys

Hi rello.. it could be the antihistamine.. it gives me the jitters.. from everything I have read about those you should not take it for more then 3 weeks without a break. a lil vics would help with the sinuses.. as for sleep maybe a nice warm bath and good book with some sleepy-time tea.. Didn't take any last night and hey presto the problem solved lol

Woke up with a mouth like the Sahara but sure what can you do .

Glad the problem is solved :)) now those choc strawberry's would quench the Sahara problem lol
