anxiety, depression and percocet

I have taken generic percocet for about a year. Not daily at first, strictly recreational. They made me more energetic, strangely enough. I have anxiety/depression and take prescription Effexor. It helps, but I do just what I HAVE to, like work and try to help with basic chores.
  Anyway, I don't have time to give all the details, but here is my question/problem. I believe my use has become abus/addiction. I have not done any for two days and feel like hell. So, is there any particular interaction between percs and Effexor?
I am not in a position to seek medical help with the withdrawal and I know it won't last forever. Any kind words, if nothing else, might help.

Hi and Welcome. Typically days 2 and 3 are the worst when going cold turkey.  I don't think the effexor is creating interaction issues but I am not a doctor. Howuch Percocet were you taking before stopping? How long have you been taking it consistently?
