anxiety and heebie jeebies after a month clean?

Hi there,
I have posted in the past, but lately just lurking and reading all the great support here. I have had issues with alcohol for 20 years and am an alcoholic. Well, back in Dec I was trying to substitute pain pills, vikes and percs, for when I'd be abstaining. You can imagine what that led to. I got pretty addicted even though my scripts would run out. Went thru major WD a couple months ago but relapsed several times since. Luckily not enough for the big WD to set in. I finally asked my pysch NP (I'm also on meds for depression) to put me on naltrexone. It almost immediately stopped the cravings. I've been on it about 3 weeks now and no desire to use. My drinking, while not completely gone/done as it should be, is way less. The main problem I'm having is the anxiety and skin crawlies and heebie jeebie stuff...
is this still from withdrawal from the opiates or is it a side effect of the Nal? I just don't know and it's driving me crazy because I don't want to get addicted to klonopin (also prescribed) or abuse alcohol to help w/the anxiety as I have been, ocassionally.

Any thoughts or experience is appreciated!
Done

thanks, I am on lamictal which I think may be similar to neurontin, not sure, but it is a mood stabilizer. Maybe I just need to wait this out...it's just so hard to function sometimes!

Thats a good question. I had the crawly skin and anxiety for a while.  Actually took Lexapro. Neurontin or Lyrica would work onthe crawly skin, it did for me.

Hopefully somebody more informative can answer you, sorry.
