there are sooooooo many new ppl here.  i don't read or post very much lately but i am always amazed at the amount of new members.  some of the same ppl are still here...but alot of them are just reading...and not posting...aaarrrggghhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

don't know if you noticed it, but there is another forum here too...the addiction community.  it was created for off topic chat, but there is alot of addiction conversation that goes on there too.  you might find some of the ppl that you used to talk to on it...take a look.

Hey there, so good to hear from you!  I know what you mean about not many familiar names anymore, gobs of new people it seems every day and they are just here for a day or two, then gone. Believe it or not, I was wandering about you a few days ago and think I even posted asking about you, I know I was thinking about doing it but cannot remember if I did it or not!  Anyway, so good to hear from you.  I had trauma last month, were you here when my two docs who I have been getting hydrocodone and percocet from were sent a letter from my insurance company?  I was so humilated on top of being scared to death I was going to be cut off from both of them cold turkey.  One of the docs I have know for 30 years, worked for him when I was 18 for 10 years and have remained good friends throughout the years, well now that friendship is forever strained to say the least.  He sent me a letter saying he would no longer prescribe the hydro for me and the other doc is weaning me off of my methadone and percocet.  Don't ask me why I filed my insurance on all my meds, I should have known better.  Oh well - just an upset for you.
