I havent, I dont personally smoke, but, I had a friend that tried it and she quit for a week and went back, full on,,,,

I have heard that too!  I wish there was a quick method!  I lasted for about 1 month and then started again.  I am down from a pack a day to about 4 but I cant give up the last few!!!  cold turkey seems to have worked best for me to quit at least for a while.  Though my step dad went to a program like AA for smoking when nothing else worked and he finally stopped.  We had inspirational non-smoking notes all around the house, but hey if it worked!!

I have been very interested in try laser therapy / cold laser therapy / low level light therapy.  I don't personally know of anyone who has tried it, but there seems to be good research supporting it.  I like that it is drug-free.   I have been checking out these sites
