as day goes on i feel worse

this is insane! each day i thinki start to feel better and by noon, i am suffering all over again.

Mind is fuzzy, nauseas, sore as can be, killer headache...when will it end?!  thank God i work from home, otherwise i would have to call out sick. In fact, i am thinking of takign the rest fo the day off.

just venting i suppose. for some reason, the posting and reading validates what i am feeling. Yesterday, prior to finding this post, i thought i was losing my mind.

anyone going through this today??

Act as if you have the flu and get meds to treat it...benedryl helps with the headache and also excedrin migraine.  You can use theraflu for aches and buy a heated matress pad for nights. During the day I used Dayquil and it helped a lot to function.  Treat your symptoms as they arise with OTC meds and take vitamins and drink a lot of water it will get better.

hope you feel better. ive been drinking gatorade, raw veggies, anything natural to help. Nothing seemd to matter though. just trying to make it through today with a fake smile when the family gets home.

took last perk on Sunday night and then i had a tylenol #3 on Monday afternon. thought i turned a coner yesterday, but no such luck.

I'm feeling crappy too. Hot flashes are back after I had a few days relief only having a few. Today they feel real poisonous and have had a bunch already, have taken advil for headache too. Going to take more I guess. might be the cold where I am I don't know. I haven't had enough excercise today either for 3 days now. Sometimes I think it has to do with my diet but I can never pin it down. Seems today everythings on my nerves.
