at 940pm 3rd day no Hydro

I had a really bad morning. I felt so weak and depressed. I just layed there on the couch. I took 2 tylenol pm and a got bath and went back to sleep. I am sleeping in sections. an hour here, an hour there, a few hours there. I just woke up and feel a little better, but no where near great. I dont feel like normal, my skin and I dont know how to explain it my arms I guess feel so wierd. I smoked a little pot to relax me and don't think it helps at all. I cant help thinking if I only had some pills I would feel better. But theres no way im getting any so thats not gonna happen. But man this morning I felt so depressed, and worthless.
when do you think I will start feeling better, or get more energy?Does your head become clear again?

soon sweetie...very soon...hydros are usually short lived wds....a week tops...4 days for me...hang in there....it is not as bad as u think it is right this second..its not

Yep what R2R said. It will get better soon!  Try to keep telling yourself how great it is that you made this decision. Sometimes I get "stinking thinking", like, a pill would HELP!?  So I put off using until the next day. Or I would tell myself the wds were like the flu only with the flu there is no fantastic prize at the end.

I was taking about the same amount as you...I had clonodine, that helped so much...My worst day was 3 and 4, but day 5 was SOOO much better...It does take time, but please don't give up...I am 8 months clean, life is so much better
hang in there..Take lots of hot baths...Drink alot of fluids to flush it out faster, and eat as much as you can..use a heating pad on your legs is they get bad, but u can get RLS in your arms too, and if that is what it is , wrap the heating pad on your arms...
immodium is also a life savior, just don't take too much of it.

Your head will feel fairly clear this week. Energy, well that takes a while. Good job on 3 days. A few more and you will be feeling much better.

you are going to start to feel better in the next few days..Congrats to you!!! of course some pills will make you feel better..BUT only for a second..we have all had that run through our heads when we feel like you do. You are on your worst day physically, tomarrow may sick just as bad but then you will start to feel better. Keep posting and stay strong..I am very happy for you..Your almost through to the "other side"..prayers to you..
