barz & blues.

does ne one remember me from like jan. i think? i wanna talk to people i relapsed BAD and my profile thing keeps coming up blank its really annoying. everyone warned me to be careful using bars to come off blues && i didnt listen bars are harder to get off of then blues any advive?

I remember you... you were one of the first people I think that ever asked to be my friend or messaged me. Are you trying to come off the xanax now? Or both? I know that with xanax, or any benzo, you cannot just stop cold turkey, you have to taper it down, otherwise you can die. Can you tell us anymore about your situation?

I have finally come off xannax when I was talking to you back then I was tapering off took me 6 months but I made it hard but can be done. How many you taking etc...Off Roxi still?> Message get chance

If you can let us know how much you are taking and of what. I know xanax, but not sure what blues are. Not sure if I can give you any advice on them but will help by being here listening and supporting you while you battle with this. Best of luck!

Whey you are talking about getting off blues and that you are using xanax bars to do that do you mean blues as in opiates im assuming????  I have detoxed from both and im currently detoxing off of methadone and klonopin and for me it has always been a lot harder to get off the opiates than the benzo's.  

How many benzo's are you taking you said the bars, the 2mg xanax, which are pretty strong.  How many are you taking a day, and how long have you been taking them??? Also, how long has it been since you last used opiates???  Just curious in trying to find out what you're going through and if i can be of any help.
