Sorry bro...not magic potions for this.  Just gonna take some hard work and determination but you can do it.  Wont lie to you either...it wont be easy but I am here to tell you...your mind will clear and your outlook on life will be sooooooo much better.  I've tapered down to 10mgs per day from 30mgs a day just last week...what a difference a week can make.

Good luck to you.  Keep posting here as there are many people that will be able to provide you with some great advice and support.

There are other remedies besides "just dealing with it". I apologize for not seeing this post earlier. There are many options.
First, if you are really determined, you can put yourself on a tapering schedule. For me, I was taking 60mg oxy every day. I put myself on a tapering schedule of 40mg for 2 days, then 30mg for 2 days, then 20mg for 2 days, then finally 10mg for 2 days then CT for me. Even though I will STILL have w/d's I won't have as bad as the ones I had today when I stopped CT for 2 days straight from 60mg to 0.
Second, you can try to find a subuxone clinic near you. Whether you were getting your opiates illegally (from a friend) or from a doctor, these doctors don't judge you. Their job is to get addicts off of opiates for good. However, the catch is that subuxone is also addictive and you will have withdrawals when you decide to stop taking them.
And last, you can try an amino acid cocktail which is an all natural way of getting your brain back in business. Look up the thomas recipe for aminos and it does help with withdrawals. I have heard very good stories about it, that I am going to go to the health store THIS WEEKEND to get me some so that my withdrawals aren't so bad.

Good luck to you, and if you need anything please don't hesitate to ask or post on here we are all here to support you and there are some great people on here.

Much Love.

Ask you doctor for a chondline patch called catapres TTS-2 which will ugive you .2mg over 24 hrs and good for a week. It really really helps. You can cut this patch in half to bring it down to .1mg if needed. It really takes care of restless leg, that creepy feeling you can get . No matter what anyone tells you this is one of the very best detox meds to take. It will lower your BP so good to check with the doctor first. Amino acids do help but in the very begining are pretty useless IMO down the line after day 4 or 5 they can really help.
Mortin for body aches, Something for the runs and if you can get a few benzos Valium for sleep then you will do pretty well. Make sure you keep drinking lots of fluids . Coconut water/milk is great. When I detoxed last time and we have plenty of coconuts on the trees here I just picked a bunch and drank that all day for like 3 days really seemed to help.
Hang in there
Peace
