best way to get off of soma

been taking soma every day for 5 years. have pprscription want to get off it b4 they quit docter writing it.  back to 2 350's/day 1 week ago. Is that a safe leval to just quit? nervous, tired, and woried.  Can anybody help any advise?

Hello...I was on Soma for some time.  I weaned off by cutting them in half, then quarters.  It wasn't long before I could just stop.

Hi there- It's probably a safe dose to quit from but I would still taper off. After 5 years you're body is dependant on them and you're already nervous. Just cut down your daily amount for a few weeks. Did you ask your prescribing doctor about this?
