Hi Graham123 - -- welcome to the forum.  Share a little more - what do you think was used, how old are u? Male or female? Do you have a problem with Opiates or other drug?  This is a safe place -- use it effectively.  All the best.

u need to test the drink to know for sure it came from that drink.

unless u didnt drink anything else..........(alcohol wise)....then a blood test would infact show alcohol in your system at which point ud know it had to have come from the drink.

but, in a court case or something like that....ud have to have the beverage itself tested.  that's the only way to prove a spike came from that.
